Xuanyuan Debut

In 2022, MAKSTTON introduced the Xuanyuan CK04H, which quickly became a hit in China’s modification scene through its distinctive Chinese aesthetic. From its name to its shape, we wanted to bring our cultural identity into wheel design and give owners another way to express themselves.

We worked with Douyin creator “Lanma Xiaogege” (蓝马小哥哥) on the project, with related content accumulating one billion views. As the videos were watched and shared, more enthusiasts discovered Xuanyuan and its combination of Chinese design influences with stance-focused off-road styling. It became one of our signature products in this direction.

For the team, the response was a major boost in confidence. It showed us that wheel designs rooted in Chinese culture could connect with Gen Z and become part of the builds they chose for themselves and wanted to share. Our own culture and sense of style could inspire distinctive designs that found an enthusiastic audience.
