MAKSTTON CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Returns & Exchanges Policy

This Returns & Exchanges Policy applies to orders placed through the MAKSTTON international website.

Wheels are large products that require professional installation. Before placing an order, carefully confirm the model, diameter, width, offset, bolt pattern, center bore, color, and vehicle fitment information. Inspect the products and complete any necessary fitment checks before mounting tires or using the wheels.

1. 14-Day Return Request Period for In-Stock Products

Unless mandatory law at the order destination provides otherwise, eligible in-stock products may be submitted for a change-of-mind return within 14 days after delivery. Customers are not required to explain why they changed their purchase decision.

If one order is delivered in multiple packages, the return request period begins on the day the last item in that order is delivered. The customer must clearly submit the return request within this period by email or through a customer support channel designated by MAKSTTON.

After receiving return authorization, the return address, and the applicable instructions, the customer must hand the products to the carrier within a further 14 days, unless applicable law provides otherwise. Do not return products to China or to any other address without prior confirmation from MAKSTTON.

2. Conditions for a Change-of-Mind Return

In-stock products returned because of a change of mind must meet all of the following conditions:

  • No tire has been mounted.
  • The wheels have not been used on the road.
  • There are no scratches, impact marks, bolt-seat marks, or other obvious signs of installation or use.
  • The original packaging, accessories, and supplied items are complete, or the products are returned in packaging that provides equivalent protection.
  • There is no damage caused by the customer's use, handling, or inadequate packaging.
  • The products remain complete and are not in a condition that clearly prevents resale.

If a product shows handling beyond what is reasonably necessary for inspection, has missing packaging or accessories, or has been damaged for reasons attributable to the customer, MAKSTTON may reduce the refund to reflect the actual loss in value, to the extent permitted by applicable law. A change-of-mind return may be refused only when the product can clearly no longer be resold and applicable law permits the refusal.

3. Non-Destructive Test Fit

Before mounting tires, we recommend performing a necessary bare-wheel, non-destructive test fit to confirm:

  • The bolt pattern and center bore.
  • The offset, inner and outer wheel position, and relationship to the fender.
  • Clearance between the brake caliper, brake disc, and inner wheel barrel.
  • Basic compatibility with the suspension, steering, and other vehicle components.

A test fit performed only to confirm fitment, without scratches, bolt-seat marks, or other obvious signs of use, is not considered road use. Once a tire has been mounted, the wheel has been used on the road, or obvious installation marks have been created, the product will no longer qualify for a change-of-mind return, except where the product is incorrect, has a quality issue, or applicable law provides otherwise.

4. Change-of-Mind Returns

The following situations are normally treated as customer-initiated, change-of-mind returns for in-stock products, including but not limited to:

  • Changing the purchase decision.
  • Selecting the wrong model, diameter, size, specification, or color.
  • A change in personal preference or intended use.
  • Providing incorrect vehicle, brake, suspension, or other modification information.
  • Specifying a wheel configuration that does not fit the actual vehicle.

Return Shipping and Related Costs

MAKSTTON does not provide free return shipping for change-of-mind returns. To the extent permitted by applicable law and where the necessary notice has been provided, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of return shipping, together with any duties, taxes, customs-clearance charges, agency fees, and other actual costs arising from the return.

Original outbound shipping charges are generally non-refundable. If mandatory law at the order destination requires a refund of standard delivery charges, MAKSTTON will follow that requirement. Additional charges for expedited delivery or a delivery method above the least expensive standard option are generally non-refundable.

Wheels are large and heavy products, and international return shipping can be expensive. Where the law of a destination requires advance disclosure of the return cost for bulky goods, MAKSTTON will provide a reasonable estimate through checkout, a quotation, the order confirmation, or a destination-specific notice in this policy.

Return Shipping Recommendation: Use a trackable shipping service with appropriate transit insurance. Until the products reach the return location designated by MAKSTTON, loss or damage caused by inadequate customer packaging or by the return shipment may remain the customer's responsibility to the extent permitted by applicable law. Keep the tracking number and shipping documents until the return has been fully processed.

5. Exchanges

For international orders, a change from one model, diameter, size, specification, or color to another for personal reasons is normally handled by returning the original products, completing the refund, and placing a new order. The new order will be subject to the price, availability, shipping charges, and other sales terms in effect when it is placed.

This process does not apply when MAKSTTON shipped the wrong product, the actual specification does not match the order confirmation, a product issue has been confirmed, or the products were damaged in transit.

6. Return Inspection and Refund

After returned products arrive at the location designated by MAKSTTON, we will normally complete the condition inspection within 3 business days. Once eligibility for a refund is confirmed, we will normally initiate the refund to the original payment method within 5 business days, unless applicable law requires a shorter or different period.

The time required for funds to appear in the customer's account may vary depending on the bank, credit-card issuer, payment platform, or other payment-service provider. Unless the customer expressly agrees and no additional cost is created, refunds will generally be made using the original payment method.

7. Custom-Made Products

Wheels manufactured specifically to a customer's requirements, involving the diameter, width, offset, bolt pattern, center bore, color, finish, or another personalized specification, are custom-made products. A product is not automatically custom-made merely because it is produced after the order is placed; the order must include identifiable customer-specific specifications or personalization.

Final Specification Confirmation Sheet

Before a custom-made product enters production, MAKSTTON will provide a Final Specification Confirmation Sheet and final rendering. The confirmation sheet should record the following information and, where possible, identify the source of the data:

  • Wheel model, quantity, diameter, and width.
  • Offset, bolt pattern, and center bore.
  • Color, finish, and other customization requirements.
  • Vehicle make, model, year, and exact version or trim.
  • Brake, suspension, body, tire, and other information that may affect fitment.
  • Data source: customer-specified, recommended by MAKSTTON, measured from the vehicle, or another source confirmed by both parties.

The customer is responsible for carefully checking all information in the Final Specification Confirmation Sheet and final rendering before authorizing production. A custom order enters production only after the customer signs the confirmation or formally approves it in a recordable written form, such as email, the order system, or an instant-messaging record.

Recommended Confirmation Statement: I have reviewed and confirmed the final specifications above and authorize MAKSTTON to begin production in accordance with this information. I understand that the product is custom-made to the specifications I have confirmed.

After the customer confirms the final specifications and authorizes production, production is normally completed in approximately 25 calendar days. Special specifications, special finishes, public holidays, or other special production requirements may require additional time. The production period does not include international shipping time.

Renderings and the Actual Product

The final rendering is intended to show the design, structure, and color direction. Because of differences in displays, materials, manufacturing methods, hand-applied finishes, and production batches, the color, texture, and gloss of the actual product may vary within a reasonable range. The Final Specification Confirmation Sheet controls the final production specifications.

Cancellation, Modification, Return, or Exchange After Production Is Authorized

After the customer confirms the final specifications and authorizes production, custom-made products cannot normally be cancelled, modified after entering production, returned, or exchanged because the customer changed their purchase decision, selected the wrong specification, or for another personal reason, except where MAKSTTON is responsible or applicable law provides otherwise.

This rule does not affect the customer's right to request support where the actual product does not match the Final Specification Confirmation Sheet; MAKSTTON shipped the wrong product or specification; a manufacturing or quality issue is confirmed; damage occurred in transit; or the customer purchased according to a fitment solution expressly provided and confirmed by MAKSTTON, but the product does not fit because the information provided or confirmed by MAKSTTON was incorrect.

8. Responsibility for Vehicle and Fitment Information

The customer must provide true, accurate, and complete vehicle and modification information, including the vehicle make, model, year, exact version or trim, original or aftermarket brake system, suspension and body modifications, tire size, and any other information that may affect wheel fitment.

If information or a specification supplied by the customer is incorrect and the relevant information has been confirmed by the customer in the Final Specification Confirmation Sheet, the resulting fitment issue will generally be the customer's responsibility. If a specification or fitment solution was expressly recommended and confirmed by MAKSTTON, a problem caused by an error in that recommendation will not be treated as a customer-initiated issue.

9. Incorrect Products, Quality Issues, or Delivery Problems

If you receive an incorrect product, the actual specification does not match the order confirmation, there is a suspected manufacturing or quality issue, transit damage has occurred, products are missing, or another delivery problem exists, do not return, mount tires on, install, repair, or modify the affected products without instructions from MAKSTTON.

Contact MAKSTTON first and provide the order information, photographs, videos, and other information we may reasonably request. Manufacturing and quality issues are handled under the Limited Warranty. Transit damage, loss, and other delivery problems are handled under the Shipping Policy.

10. Local Consumer Rights

MAKSTTON sells to multiple countries and regions, and the consumer-protection laws that apply may vary by order destination. This policy does not limit or exclude any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
