Recommended Wheel Load Rating

The XIAOMI SU7 has a gross vehicle weight rating of 2,655kg, and the factory wheel does not carry a marked load rating. MAKSTTON therefore derives the target from the vehicle's maximum permitted mass using a safety factor of 1.2:

2,655kg ÷ 4 × 1.2 = 796.5kg

MAKSTTON recommended minimum: ≥ 800kg per wheel.

Load capacity should never be traded for a lower wheel weight or a more aggressive wheel position. Confirm the final value against the exact vehicle version before ordering.

Measured Factory Fender Clearance

Baseline: factory 20×8.5J ET43 front / 20×9J ET49 rear package at factory suspension height, measured from the fender lip to the outer wheel rim.

Measurement Front Left Front Right Rear Left Rear Right
Fender lip to wheel rim ≈14mm ≈15mm ≈15mm ≈12mm

Use this guide as a baseline, not the final answer. Measurements from your own vehicle are always more valuable. Read our Flush Fitment Guide, measure your car, and calculate the fitment that matches the stance you want.

Recommended MAKSTTON Wheel Designs

These six made-to-order forged wheel designs can be custom-manufactured for the XIAOMI SU7. Wheel diameter, width, offset, bolt pattern, center bore, load rating and finish are specified for the vehicle and order.

In-Stock MAKSTTON Wheel Options

These ready-to-ship MAKSTTON wheel styles are stocked in 5×114.3 fitments, so an XIAOMI SU7 set can often ship without waiting for a custom build. Confirm the offset and center bore against the exact vehicle before ordering.

A Note on Aggressive Case Fitments

Some of the installation cases above use relatively aggressive wheel fitments. MAKSTTON calculates the wheel outboard position based on measurements taken at the factory standard ride height.

Depending on the version, the XIAOMI SU7 is fitted with either air suspension or standard suspension. On air-suspension models, once the body is lowered, the top of the wheel and tire tucks further into the wheel arch, so even when some case data shows a slight protrusion, it is usually still acceptable at the actual low stance.

XIAOMI SU7 Wheel Fitment FAQ

What is the XIAOMI SU7 bolt pattern and center bore?

The XIAOMI SU7 uses a 5×114.3 bolt pattern with a 64.5mm published center bore, while MAKSTTON machines its custom wheels to 64.55mm for this application.

What wheel and tire sizes does the XIAOMI SU7 use from the factory?

The XIAOMI SU7 is available with 19-inch (19×8J ET40.5, 245/45R19), 20-inch staggered (20×8.5J ET43 / 20×9J ET49 with 245/40R20 / 265/40R20) and 21-inch staggered (21×8.5J ET43 / 21×9J ET49 with 245/35R21 / 265/35R21) packages.

What lug nuts or bolts does the XIAOMI SU7 use?

The XIAOMI SU7 is secured with M14×1.5 lug nuts with a 25mm nut length, a 60° conical seat and a 21mm hex. Confirm the seat type and thread engagement against the new wheel before installation.

What is the measured fender clearance on the XIAOMI SU7?

On the inspected vehicle with the factory 20-inch wheels, MAKSTTON recorded ≈14mm and ≈15mm at the front and ≈15mm and ≈12mm at the rear, measured from the fender lip to the outer wheel rim.

What wheel load rating does the XIAOMI SU7 need?

The factory wheel does not carry a marked load rating, so MAKSTTON derives the target from the 2,655kg gross vehicle weight rating with a safety factor of 1.2: ≥ 800kg per wheel.

What wheel fitment does MAKSTTON recommend for the XIAOMI SU7?

See the final recommendation table for the current wheel-rim inset options, offsets and matching tire sizes.
