MAKSTTON Vehicle Fitment Guide

DENZA Z9 GT Wheel Fitment Guide

Based on DENZA Z9 GT vehicles measured and fitted by MAKSTTON, this guide covers the 5×120 bolt pattern, center-bore and wheel-nut specifications, 2024 and 2026 factory wheel-load markings, factory 20- and 21-inch wheels, measured fender clearance and recommended offsets. It also documents fitments used with both factory and MOTVE brake calipers.

Factory Wheel Load Markings by Model Year

MAKSTTON read the load markings directly from the inspected factory front and rear wheels. Both inspected 2024 vehicles were marked 1,050kg per wheel, while the latest 2026 vehicle was marked 1,075kg per wheel. For a custom wheel intended to cover the recorded configurations, MAKSTTON therefore uses at least 1,075kg per wheel as the reference.

Measured Factory Fender Clearance

Baseline: factory 21×9J ET45 front / 21×9.5J ET50 rear package at factory suspension height, measured from the fender lip to the outer wheel rim.

Measurement Front Left Front Right Rear Left Rear Right
Fender lip to wheel rim ≈13mm ≈13mm ≈14mm ≈16mm

Use this guide as a baseline, not the final answer. Measurements from your own vehicle are always more valuable. Read our Flush Fitment Guide, measure your car, and calculate the fitment that matches the stance you want.

Brake and Spoke-Clearance Reference

The final 20- and 21-inch wheel and tire specifications are consolidated at the end of this guide. The following notes and wheel designs explain the brake-clearance requirements that must be considered before production.

The factory brake package uses approximately 368×33mm front discs and 358×26mm rear discs. On the 2024 vehicle, the factory front caliper's critical clearance area sits relatively close to the wheel center, while the caliper body is also very thick axially. The wheel spokes must therefore remain farther outward, leaving little room for a visibly concave wheel face with the factory caliper.

If a deeper concave wheel design is required, consider replacing the factory unit with a more compact aftermarket caliper. The wheel must then be designed around the actual replacement-caliper envelope, with spoke-back clearance verified before production.

Recommended Makstton Wheel Designs

These made-to-order forged wheels can be produced in the recommended diameter, width, offset, 5×120 PCD, 64.05mm center bore, required load rating and selected finish. Final brake clearance is reviewed for the vehicle and order.

Documented 20-Inch Wide Fitment

For owners who want to increase both tire width and wheel width, the following contributor-supplied setup has been used in practice on the DENZA Z9 GT. It is included as a wider alternative to the factory 20-inch configuration.

Wheel 20×10J ET45 20×10.5J ET45
Tire 275/45R20 275/45R20

Fitment data provided by R.U.K.I

This setup uses wider wheels at both axles with matching 275/45R20 tires on all four corners, providing a documented option for customers who prefer a wider 20-inch wheel-and-tire package.

Real-World Fitment 03: DENZA Z9 GT — FG MR5 and FG MR6

This latest-model DENZA Z9 GT was originally equipped with the factory 20-inch square setup: 20×8.5J ET45 with 255/45R20 tires at both axles. It is included as a current-model reference; no material change was identified in the chassis and wheel-mounting data relevant to the fitment calculations used in this guide.

The fitted 255/40R21 tires provide limited rim-edge protection on the 9.5J front and especially the 10J rear wheel. To improve protection while keeping tire width at or below 275mm, MAKSTTON suggests 265/40R21 at the front and 275/40R21 at the rear. Compared with the original 255/45R20 tire, the calculated overall-diameter increase is approximately 1.1% at the front and 2.2% at the rear; confirm the selected tire model's approved rim-width range and final dynamic clearance.

MAKSTTON Vehicle Measurement Record

This original MAKSTTON workshop data-collection sheet from the inspected latest-model 2026 DENZA Z9 GT is included for reference. The relevant chassis and wheel-mounting geometry remains consistent with the recorded 2024 vehicle. For mainstream vehicles, MAKSTTON may review and summarize measurements from multiple vehicle records rather than rely on a single sheet.

DENZA Z9 GT Wheel Fitment FAQ

What are the DENZA Z9 GT bolt pattern and center bore?

The bolt pattern is 5×120. The published center-bore specification is 64.1mm, while MAKSTTON machines its custom wheels to 64.05mm for this application. The inspected vehicle recorded hub-pilot readings of 64.01mm at the front and 63.99mm at the rear.

What 20-inch wheel fitment does MAKSTTON recommend?

Two 20-inch strategies are provided: a square setup retaining 255/45R20 tires, and a staggered setup using a wider 275/45R20 rear tire. See the final recommendation table for the exact wheel widths and offsets.

Can the DENZA Z9 GT use deeply concave wheels with the factory front calipers?

The thick axial profile and low critical clearance area of the 2024 factory front caliper leave limited room for a visibly concave wheel face. A more compact aftermarket caliper can provide more design freedom, but the complete caliper envelope and spoke-back clearance must still be verified before production.

What minimum wheel load rating should be specified?

MAKSTTON uses at least 1,075kg per wheel as the reference for a custom wheel intended to cover the inspected 2024 and latest-model 2026 configurations. This is based on the higher factory wheel load marking recorded on the inspected 2026 vehicle.
