Chongqing

In early 2024, our photography team visited Chongqing to meet local owners running MAKSTTON wheels and photograph them with their cars. From the banks of the Jialing River to the outskirts of Jiangbei, we captured different wheel setups and modification styles while experiencing the warmth of the city and its car community.

Between shoots, we talked about modifications, everyday driving and owners’ experiences with their wheels. There was a small hiccup along the way when a BMW owner’s keys were accidentally locked inside the car, but the conversation carried on. Spending time together helped us get to know one another and left us with plenty of memories beyond the photographs.

With your help and support, we captured photographs to treasure and got to know the people behind the cars. We look forward to returning to Chongqing for more photos, conversations and time together.
