CITEXPO SHOW

At the 2019 CITEXPO SHOW, we took a more relaxed approach to meeting our customers. We built a small bar into our stand and invited longtime customers to sit down, have a drink and catch up, sharing news and ideas as friends. We wanted to create a place where people felt comfortable staying for a while and talking freely.

At the dealer conference held alongside the show, we introduced the idea of “a period of reflection and preparation.” After several years of exploration, we had become increasingly certain that a brand needed its own designs, products and independent judgment to grow over the long term. Copying and following others alone could not build lasting brand value.

For us, this meant taking the time to clarify our direction, strengthen our capabilities and gradually create something that was truly our own. It required patience, along with a willingness to reconsider familiar ways of running the business and prepare for change.

Looking back, the exhibition captured relaxed moments with old friends and serious conversations about the future. This thinking laid the groundwork for our later decision to close the factory and change the direction of the business. Thank you to the customers, dealer partners and colleagues who stood with us during this period of preparation for change.
