Warranty Policy

MTW Wheel Union Warranty Policy
Consists of the following three parts:

This Warranty Policy of the MTW Wheel Union only applies to MTW Wheel Union products you purchase for personal use and not for resale (including Makstton Wheels, MST FLOW, N40°, GOTHIC, MAKISOUL). Makstton accessories are not covered by this after-sales policy.

Limited Warranty Policy

MTW Wheel Union Product Limited Warranty

MTW Wheel Union guarantees that under normal use, the MTW Wheel Union products you purchase will be free from material and workmanship defects within the warranty period. The warranty period for this product is 2 years from the date you receive the goods, with a 2-year paint warranty (replacement only, no repairs).


Warranty Coverage

√Non-human-caused wheel deformation or cracking;

√Non-human-caused wheel air leakage;

√Non-human-caused paint oxidation, peeling, and corrosion;

√Excessive dynamic balance and roundness deviation before tire installation.


Warranty Exclusions

×Product deformation or damage caused by improper installation;

×Deformation or structural failure caused by accidents or road conditions;

×Fading or paint corrosion caused by improper maintenance or the use of chemical cleaners (including but not limited to self-cleaning agents and engine head water);

×Installation on vehicles with incompatible data or exceeding design load capacity;

×Secondary processing, color change, and repair of wheels that may cause safety hazards;

×Damage or vehicle issues caused by using incompatible vehicle accessories;

×Deformation or structural failure caused by improper vehicle use (including but not limited to track and off-road events).

Warranty Process

Official Purchase Channel

1. Provide purchase records and proof of purchase to customer service.

2. After customer service acceptance, return the product to the company.

3. Factory quality assurance personnel conduct testing.


Dealer and Wholesaler Channels

1. Provide purchase records and proof of purchase to the original purchasing dealer.

2. The dealer contacts MTW Wheel Union customer service and returns the product.

3. Factory quality assurance personnel conduct testing.


Warranty Outcome

1. If the issue meets warranty conditions, MTW Wheel Union will replace the wheel and bear the round-trip logistics costs.

2. If the returned product does not meet warranty conditions, the product will be returned to the sender without replacement, and the sender will bear the round-trip costs.

Return and Exchange Policy

Return and Exchange Policy

For non-quality issues, if you refuse to accept or sign within 7 days, and the wheel has not been installed or used, you can apply for a no-reason return or exchange within 7 days. To ensure smooth processing, please contact customer service to confirm the product status and order validity before applying.


Return and Exchange Service Notes:

1. The buyer bears the shipping costs for sending and returning the wheel. The specific fees are subject to the actual logistics charges, and the platform customer service will inform in detail.

2. Ensure the wheel is brand new without signs of use, keeping the original packaging and accessories intact. We will conduct a thorough inspection upon receiving the return.

3. If the wheel shows signs of installation or damage, return or exchange services will not be provided.

4. If the returned wheel is missing original accessories, related costs will be deducted from the refund, with specific standards informed by customer service.

5. Upon successful return, the original purchase certificate and invoice will be voided.

6. If an exchange is needed due to our shipping error, customer service will arrange for a courier to pick up the item. Please ensure the original packaging and accessories are intact. Upon confirmation, we will resend the correct wheel and accessories, and bear the shipping costs.

7. All wheels returned to the factory will have after-sales results communicated by customer service within 3 working days. If not covered by warranty, please handle it within 15 working days. After the deadline, MTW Wheel Union will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the wheel. Thank you for your understanding.


Shipping Damage

If the product is damaged during transportation, please refuse to accept the goods and provide photos immediately to customer service, who will contact the courier company.


Customer Damage

MTW Wheel Union does not accept returns or exchanges for any products damaged by the customer (including but not limited to improper installation and dropping impacts) that affect secondary sales.


Dealer and Wholesaler Channels

Products purchased from other channels must be returned to the original purchasing dealer.
